Deployment Scope
Swiftlane Intercom Installation
Installation of Swiftreader X video intercoms at building entrances, including custom backplates, POE+ cabling, and integration with existing electric locking hardware.
Card Reader & Access Control
Installation of Swiftlane hybrid card and PIN readers, door controllers, and electric strikes across controlled access points including lobbies, amenity areas, pool gates, laundry rooms, and package rooms.
Network Infrastructure
CAT6 cabling, POE+ switch installation, and cellular router configuration at each property, integrated with building internet or cellular backup as required.
Legacy System Replacement
Removal of existing landline intercom systems and legacy hardware, with clean replacement and full cabling to current standard.
